CSR Regional Congress encourages the students from different regions nationwide to create their own youth chapter where in they could come up with their own project and represent their region with the supervision of CSR World's Program Officer.

PHILIPPINE DEVELOPMENT YOUTH CONGRESS 2013
The Philippine Development Youth Congress is a summit that gathers student leaders to inform and involve them in prevalent and pressing social development issues in the Philippines. The goal of this congress is not just to provide exposure to the youth but also to help answer the question: What can the youth do to instill change in the Philippine Society?
The Development Society of the Ateneo is the organization of development minded individuals and also serves as the home organization of Development Studies students of the university. It aims to nurture its members to become development innovators, in accordance with the Atenean value of becoming persons for others. The organization presents concrete programs for students to be active players in the ongoing process of changing the world for the better.

AFSL 2ND YOUTH LEADERS CONGRESS
Asian Federation of Student Leaders together with CSR World of Benita and Catalino Yap Foundation, organized an event called the 2nd Youth Leaders Congress in Luxembourg Gym, Southville last November 29, 2013 with the theme "Empowering Youth Leaders of Tomorrow through CSR." The participants were from the different schools near Southville and members of Consortium of South.

The Congress was hosted by Nel Estorque, a student from Southville
and Joanna Armenta, the Program Officer of CSR World.
The other speakers were Ms. Mea Paner a.k.a Juanca Change as the keynote speaker, Ms. Hera Barrameda who talked about BCYF and CSR 3.0, Mr. Joseph Quesada of Ayala Foundation who talked about Leadership, Ms. Christine Violago of World Youth Alliance, Ms. Noreen Bautista of BCYF and Ms. Cherrie Atilano of Agri-cool and Gawad Kalinga.
